Cuby Groove Fest is returning from Friday to Sunday, 18–20 September 2026, bringing three days of music, culture & connection back to Cuballing.

The Shire of Cuballing, comprising Cuballing, Yornanning & Popanyninng, sits on Country that has been cared for over thousands of years by the Wilman people, one of the fourteen dialectical groups of the Noongar people of south‑west Western Australia. The traditional names used throughout the region reflect the water sources & natural features, highlighting a deep & ongoing connection between people & land.
Cuballing’s story is one of endurance & adaptability. From early pastoral activity & the sandalwood trade of the 1840s through to the arrival of the Great Southern Railway in 1889, the township underwent significant growth & transformation. Despite economic challenges, Cuballing & its neighbouring communities have continued to thrive.
