The Cuballing CWA Hall is a charming heritage building that was originally home to a corrugated iron District Agricultural Hall. It was replaced in 1898 by the present stone building, forming the character that visitors see today.
In 1903, the building was purchased by the Cuballing Roads Board for 125 pounds and went on to serve as the Roads Board Office, later becoming the Shire Office. It remained the administrative heart of the district until the mid-1970s, when the current Shire Office was constructed.
A new chapter began in September 1979 when the Cuballing Branch of the Country Women’s Association took over the building. Following careful renovations, it was officially opened as the Cuballing CWA Centre on 8 November 1980 by the State CWA President, Mrs I Hooper. Since then, it has continued to play an important role as a welcoming place for meetings, events, and community activities.
