Dryandra State Forest is home to an impressive array of wildlife, including 13 species of native ground dwelling mammals. Visitors may encounter numbats, woylies, tammar wallabies, pygmy possums, honey possums, and a wide variety of birdlife such as honeyeaters. Quiet daytime walks may reward patient visitors with a rare glimpse of the shy numbat, while the night offers the best chance to see woylies and tammar wallabies in action.
